We take joy in being part of Christian training for your children. 

 

Christian growth in church begins with feeling God ’ s love through scriptures and through the lives and words of their teachers in Sunday school. 

 

 

CHILDREN ’ S SUNDAY SCHOOL 

9:45 a.m. every Sunday 

A place for each child birth through grade 5 

Bible study and related activities 

 

 

A SPECIAL PARTY DURING SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR VALENTINE ’ S ON FEBRUARY 12^th .       

FAMILY FUN NIGHT FEBRUARY 24^th,  7:00-9:00 WITH A Children ’ s Center.  

 

 

CHILD CARE 

Child care is provided in Room 103C for children under the age of 3 during the 11:00 a.m. worship service. 

 

 

WORSHIP PRESCHOOL STYLE 

For ages 3, 4, and grade K 

11:00 a.m. every Sunday 

We invite you to involve your children in Worship Preschool Style as an alternate to the worship service.  They will enjoy Bible stories, music, and related crafts. 

 

 

WORSHIP KIDSTYLE 

For grades 1 through 3 

11:00 a.m. every Sunday 

We invite you to involve your children in grades 1 through 3 in Worship Kidstyle, 

 an alternate to the worship service for this age group. 

 

 

The children sit as a group with their leaders during the 11:00 worship service to fellowship with the congregation, enjoy the music, and listen to a special “ children ’ s sermon. ”  Then as a group they move to Worship Kidstyle, room 222, for snacks, Bible stories and study; making related crafts, and playing fun games. 

 

 

ACTIVITIES COMING UP 

March 9^th  come to church at 6:00 P.M. for spaghetti dinner AND to make a kite with your child to take home.   

March 17, 12:00-3:00, Baptist Men ’ s Fish Fry where you will find a kid ’ s Corner. 

April 7, 11:00-12:30 - An Easter Egg Hunt and other fun activities for ages 3 through 11. Children under the age of 6 accompanied by parent. 

May 12^th, A Teddy Bear tea for girls with their Mom ’ s or a special person in their lives, a dress up day for  ages 3, 4, through grade 5.  Enjoy a puppet show and special treats. 

June 9^th, Boys Fishing Trip, ages 9-up, 8 and under when accompanied by male parent. 

 

 

CHILDREN ’ S CHOIR - “ The Music Makers ”  

For grades 1 through 5 

Sunday, 6:00 P.M. 

The children have a great time learning a variety of styles in praise songs and hymns.  Of course, action activities are included for fun and fellowship. 

 

You will enjoy hearing them throughout the year in special productions. 

 

 

NOTE: There are no Sunday Night Children ’ s Choir practices on the following Sundays in 2012.  Jan. 1; Apr. 8, 29; May 13, 27; June 17, 24; July 15; Aug. 26; Sept. 2; Oct. 7; Nov. 25; Dec. 9, 30.
